For Singapore orders: 1-6 working days* (depending on the courier method chosen)**
For International orders: +/- 12 days (Only registered international delivery available) **

- If you have opted for normal postage and did not receive the parcel, we will not be able to track them for you.
We can only keep a lookout for any returned parcel if there is. We will not be held responsible for any lost parcels.

- If you have opted for registered postage and did not receive the parcel, check your mailbox to see if you have the delivery advice.
If there isn't, check with us if we have any returned parcel under your name, or check with us the current update of your parcel.

- If you have opted for self-collection, wait for our email  to be sent to you once we finished scheduling from our side.
