1. Ordering, making payments and Tracking order status

1.1 Ordering
Submit your order from the order form provided.

Q1: I submitted my orders already but I have yet to receive any reply / invoice.
A1: Do allow up to 12-24 hours for us to get back to you with an invoice.


1.2 Making payments
We accept POSB/DBS internet banking and ATM Transfer, and Paypal (with a 5% charge of grand order total).

FAQ:
Q1: I have just made my payment. What Should I do?
A1: Please revert back to us with your transaction details so that we can verify your payment.

Q2: How do I transfer through Paypal with the email provided in the invoice?

2. Shipping (delivery time) , methods and charges

2.1 Shipping time
Overseas to Singapore: 2-3 weeks* and Singapore to Customers: 1-3 Days**
(*) Monday through Friday excluding weekends and public holidays.
(**) Depending on the postage method opted and May take longer to during festive seasons.

(*) Depends on Singpost's speed of delivery.
(**) Terms & Conditions as per below:
-self-collection will be held only ONCE per preorder based on RSP's staff schedule.
- Please opt for this method only if you are willing to wait.
- RSP will only schedule the collection once all items for all the customers from the same batch arrives.
- Should customers are not able to make it for the collection date given, please opt for postages.
- RSP staff's will not be responsible for customers's tardiness. No other arrangement will be made if missed.


FAQ:
Q1: I opted for normal postage method but I have yet to receive it after a week. what should i do?
A1: We will not be able to track the parcel's whereabouts but we will keep a lookout for any returned parcel that's addressed to you. A copy of your COP will be sent to you as well but we will not be held responsible for any lost parcel.

Q2: I opted for registered parcels but I have yet to receive it after a week. What should I do?
A2: Check your mailbox to see if there are any delivery advice. If there isn't, check with us to see if we have received any returned parcel under your name. If there is not, we will check the whereabouts of the parcel for you.

Q3: I opted for self-collection. When do I have to come down for my parcel?
A3: An email containing all the collection details will be sent to you to notify.



3. Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Out of stock items will be refunded to customers once all parcels have been packed.
No refunds, returns or exchanges will be entertained for customers who failed to indicate the products specifications they want.
For other cases, it will be reviewed case-to-case basis.

Returns & any exchanges made will be done only when it is agreed upon on between seller and buyer.
Customer will be required to bear the charges for the return delivery and attain a certificate of postage (COP) from the post office through normal postage. 
If no proof of COP and/or wrong information on COP and/or seller did not receive the returned parcel and there are no COP, seller have the rights not to make any refunds.

4. Products, Sizing and colour accuracy
Items may have a difference of 3-4cm in the provided measurements.
Colours may appear differently due to the resolution of your computer monitor screen.
RSP reserved the rights to order any product colours, designs and sizings should shoppers failed to indicate the specifications they want.



5. Fraud
Rackspaceproject takes Fraud cases very seriously and the team will not hesitate to take any legal actions against fraud cases.
Do not claim payment if you have not make any.
