You can join our mailing list located at the top right hand corner of the page. Make sure that the email address keyed in is a valid one.

ORDERS / PAYMENTS

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept POSB/DBS ATM Bank transfer , POSB/DBS Internet banking, Paypal.


My Orders consist of in stock and preorder item, will the in stock be mailed out first?

Instock will not be mailed out first unless customer agreed to the additional charges.


I just made my payments, what should I do next?

Kindly revert back to the invoice with your transaction details. We will verify and get back to you within 24 hours.

DELIVERY

What are your modes of delivery ?

Normal postage, Registered postage, Smartpac, A.M Letterbox, Speedpost service and Self-collection.

I opted for normal postage, It has been a week and I have yet to receive my parcel. What should I do ?

We will not be able to track the parcel for you. However, we will keep a lookout for any returned mail address to you.


I opted for registered postage and my parcel may have been mailed back to you. What should I do ?

Kindly contact us at mail.rackspaceproject@gmail.com to check if your item have been mailed back to us.
If there is, Additional charges is required to get it mailed again to you.


I opted for self-collection, How do I know when I should come down to collect them?

An email containing all the information will be sent to you one week prior to the self-collection date.
If after 3-4/5 weeks and you have yet to receive any email, please contact us.



REFUNDS

My status under "individual status" page is "out of stock". When will I get my refunds?

Check under our general order status page and the preorder you have joined. Rackspaceproject will update when the refunds will be made on.


I have just collected/received my parcels but have yet to receive any refunds for the "out of stock" items, when will I get my refunds?

Check under our general order status page and the preorder you have joined. Rackspaceproject will update when the refunds will be made on.


I have returned my wrong/defect items, when will I receive my refunds?

Rackspaceproject will credit the refunds straight into your account once certificate of postage is attached with the email.


I have returned my wrong/defect items but I do not have any Certificate of postage, when will I receive my refunds?

Rackspaceproject will notify you when we receive the items and we will make the necessary refunds.
However, if there are no COP presented and RSP fails to receive the item, no refunds will be made.
